Kevin King serves as General Counsel for St. Louis Bank, a premier community banking institution, and he and the firm represent the bank in all areas of the law, including loan documentation, workouts, compliance, human resources, contract drafting and review, litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.
Contracts
The firm provides the full spectrum of commercial and contract law negotiation, review and drafting.
